Cancelled due to the atrocious weather - a new date will be organised later

A national squad day for Sprints has been organised for Tullamore Harriers Stadium on 21st November from 11am to 3pm.

Amongst the items for discussion will be future participation in relay events. It is hoped to have a list of individual and relay events for 2010 available on the day.

There will also be guest speakers.
