A shot putt clinic will take place in Templemore Athletic Club grounds on Saturday November 21st at 11am to 1pm

Athletes from 13 years of age upwards with some experience of throwing welcome.

The clinic is also suitable for coaches interested in learning more about the shot putt.

John Farrelly (National Throws Squad Coach) will take the clinic.
