Athletics Wicklow are pleased to announce the penultimate details of the 2009 Fit4life Meet & Train which take place in Arlklow on November 15th.

Sunday 15th Fit4Life Round 11 / Road 3Km Arklow 10-30am
Meet at Arklow Sport & Leisure Centre.

December
Saturday 12th Fit4Life Round 1 / Trail 4 Miles Devil’s Glen 10-30am
Athletes will be put into teams – to add an element of fun to the event. Chocolate for winners.
Teams will be selected randomly on the day based on best times for mile.
Individual times will be taken for League purposes.
