With just 25 days to go a number of significant updates have been made to the SPAR European Cross Country Website; www.dublin2009.ie

The official Team Manual is now available for download, a significant document with all the vital information required for the event such as accommodation, transport, accreditation, technical information, competition regulations and procedures and medical services to name a few. Follow the publications link from the homepage to view this manual.

Also available is the promotional bulletin which was distributed at the European Athletics Calendar Convention in Budapest in October along with all of the latest press releases.

A promotional video from the training camp weekend in September with interviews and exclusive footage is available on the Homepage. Provisional information for spectators is available such as parking details and directions. Parking for spectators attending the Spar European Cross Country Championships will be at Northwood Crescent and Gulliver’s Retail Park, Northwood, Santry Demesne. Access to this parking is strictly from Ballymun Road.

These reduced price ticket will also be available for purchase at the Woodie’s DIY Inter County and Juvenile even ages Cross Country Championships on the 22nd of November and at the Woodie’s DIY Novice and Juvenile even ages Cross Country on the 5th of December.
For the Juvenile FREE entry offer, the Juvenile members will be asked to show their membership card on entry.
