In conjunction with the Organising Committee we are delighted to invite you to a short illustrated lecture on the origins and early development of International Cross Country Running.
The lecture will be presented by Dr. Hamish Telfer and Hamish Thompson
both of whom are keen students of the topic in question.
• Early Cross Country in Scotland and Ireland 1885 to 1903.
• Formation of International Cross Country Union and 1st Championships at Hamilton in 1903.
• Early years of International Cross Country to 1914
