Talk by top coach and former Olympian Maeve Kyle on Making It To The Top.
Advice on Race Preparation, Tapering, Competition Plans.

Open to all athletes and coaches.

Two National Squad sessions for sprints have been organised as follows:

March 21st Tullamore 11am - 3 pm

April 17th Cork 11am - 3 pm

These March and April Squad Sessions will include an introduction and execution of ‘Dart Fish Analysis’ respectively specific for the Relay & Hurdle Events - this allows for indepth analysis of the athletes technique. Also on March 21st we have arranged for Guest Speakers to attend the National Squad Days and give presentations as outlined below.
