UL Track Friday March 19th

There will be a Jumps workshop taking place on Friday March 19th at UL Track 7-9pm. Registration is at 6.45pm sharp and you just come along on the night and pay €5.
The events covered will be High Jump and Long Jump.
The coaches on the night will be Rosemary Daniels for High Jump and either Gareth Devlin for Long Jump. Come along on the night and don’t miss out on what should be a great workshop.
