The next Munster Regional Squad day takes place this Saturday March 20th at UL Track. Registration is at 10.30am sharp with the session starting at 11am sharp. Those attending a Munster squad day for the 3rd time will be given a squad t-shirt and water bottle. As always the personal coaches of the athletes on the squad are more than welcome to attend also and sit in on the various sessions. All Hammer Throwers need to check in at 10.30am sharp at the track before making their way to Bilboa AC for their throws session with Brian Akers.
