There will be a Strength & Conditioning workshop taking place in the Scouts Hall in Dundrum Co Tipperary on Wednesday 29th February. The workshop runs from 7-9pm with registration from 6.30-6.55pm. The workshop is open to all athletes & coaches aged 14+ and the cost is €5 payable on the night.
Scottish native and expert Mark McManus will be running the workshop on the night. Mark has huge experience in this field having worked with the Cork Senior Hurling team, Munster Rugby and International athletes Robert Heffernan & Olive Loughnane.
