Best of luck to the Irish teams running in the Karrimor Great Trail Challenge which takes place on Sunday 17 June 2012, starting and finishing in Keswick.
The event will incorporate a Home Nations elite match between England, Scotland, Wales & the Republic of Ireland. The race will also be opened up for anyone not running for a home nation who would like to race. Senior Men, Senior Women & Junior Men will each run 10km. Junior Women will run 5.5km.
The Karrimor Great Trail Challenge is set in one of the UK’s most scenic locations taking in fantastic lakeland views of Keswick, Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite. The Start and Finish are with Greta Bank Farm, opposite Keswick swimming pool and leisure centre.
