Endurances coaches from a range of interests and coaching groups came together to continue their Professional Development as coaches in the first of a two part series explaining the practical application of Exercise Science to Endurance Training” –
Areas of Nutrition/Hydration/Lifestyle/Introduction to Strength & Conditioning were expertly delivered by Exercise Scientist Peter Francis BSc, Dip, PhD Candidate with very positive feedback. The group interacted well discussing and challenging many of the topics.
I am encouraged by the level of knowledge and interest and along with the other coaches am looking forward to Day 2.
