The Transfer Appeals Committee met on Friday 28th September at head office to consider appeals arising out of the first transfer window per the new transfer bye-law passed by Congress in April 2012.
The Committee comprises the Provincial Representatives to the Board and may include a representative from Dublin if required plus a Chair.
The Committees decision was unanimous on all appeal applications.
The next transfer window is April 2013. Clubs are required to ensure that transfer applications are forwarded to their County Board seven days before the April meeting for consideration. Forms should contain all relevant signatures before they are presented to the County Board.
