There will be a Jumps workshop taking place on Friday Oct 19th from 7-9pm at Cork IT Track. The session is open to all athletes/coaches aged 11+ only and the cost is €5 payable at registration from 6.40pm-6.55pm. Munster Performance Squad Coaches Steve Fleming Long Jump, Chris Regan High Jump and Eamon Flanagan Pole Vault will be taking the session. Please pass on these details to all athletes/coaches in your clubs.
