Many athletes had a rewarding 2012 season and now it is time to prepare for success in 2013.
This is a short notice to communicate important information on our forthcoming Relay Squad session, the first of several that are planned over the coming Winter/Spring periods.
Potential for success on the international circuit in the relay events should not be underestimated and this is the year to further harness combined individual strengths, build on them and focus them together for success in 2013 and beyond .

To discuss lessons learned from experiences at London 2012.
2013 Goal: To attain Gold Medal position at the European Team Competition 2013,Dublin in 4×100m/400m relay events
2013 Stretch Goal: Set a new national record in 4×100/400m Relay Events at the European Team Competition 2013, Dublin
Long term Goal: Successfully qualify for World Championships
