The 1st session of the Munster Performance Squad (u16-u20) for the 2012/2013 season takes place this Saturday 1st December at Cork IT Track. All athletes selected are asked to meet at Cork IT Track at 10am sharp on Saturday morning and bring training gear and a packed lunch. Please come prepared in case of cold weather. All personal coaches are welcome to attend with their athletes and are encouraged to do so, to help plan the sessions after Christmas.
