New Hurdles PB for Ian McDonald

Ian McDonald (Crusaders AC) had a busy few days, finishing second in the 110m hurdles at a meet in Tennessee with a time of 14.02, and then followed up with a second place finish in the Georgia Invitational on Saturday where his time of 13.88 was a new PB for him.

Colin Quirke (Crusaders AC) was also in form over the weekend with two second place finishes in the shot and discus at the Sooner meet in Norman Oklahoma.
