We have over 270 clubs and 26,000 juvenile and senior members in Athletics Ireland.

Club activities are based around four core programmes:
  1. Little Athletics Programme The Little Athletics programe introduces children between the ages of 5 and 10 to athletics in a fun, exciting and non-competitive environment. Find out more about Little Athletics
  2. Juvenile Athletics Programme This is geared at children from 9 years and upwards. The emphasis is on skill development and it is usually organised in a more formal manner through structured practice and training.
  3. Senior Athletics Programme This programme focuses on junior (up to 19), senior (20 - 35) and masters (35 plus) athletes.
  4. Fit4Life Programme This programme is for people who enjoy recreational running and walking Find out more about Fit4Life.
