Our High Performance Team provides support to our elite athletes which allow them to compete at international level to the best of their abilities.
High Performance are responsible for providing:
- appropriate International competition opportunities
- performance Coaching Programme
- medical co-ordinator to oversee medical services
- sports science network to work directly with athletes on the programme
- programmes to athletes through ISC carding scheme financial, coaching, and medical and sport science support
Objectives of the High Performance Team
- increase medals success and finalists at international level, particularly at European level
- Increase number of athletes qualifying for international events
- Increase national records and personal bests achieved
