Irish Teams for the 2004 European Cross Country Championships

Athletics Ireland is pleased to announce the teams for the upcoming European Cross Country Championships to be held in Helsingdorf, Germany on December 12th. Sonia O'Sullivan is the most notable absentee having failed to regain full fitness following injury. Fiachra Lombard is selected based on his excellent recent form; he was forced to withdraw from this past weekend's inter counties through illness.
