The SPAR Great Ireland Run which incorporates the National 10k Championships is fast approaching this Sunday, April 10th.

The deadline for team declarations for the team championships is tomorrow (Tuesday, April 5th) at 5pm. There is no extra charge for a team entry. So make sure to get your team entry in on time for what promises to be another great day on the roads in the Phoenix Park.
