Sprints & Hurdles Workshop

There will be a Sprints/Hurdles Workshop taking place on Wednesday 1st October at the University of Limerick Track from 7-9pm.

The registration will take place at the track from 6.45-7.00pm and the cost is €5 per person. The workshop will be run by National Sprints Coordinator Hayley Harrison and is open to all athletes & coaches aged 11+.
