Relay workshop

A Sprint Relay Workshop for coaches will take place on Sunday April 10th at Tallaght AC from 2pm – 4pm. This workshop will look closely at the basics of coaching Sprint Relays including - The warm up, squad drills, change zones, check marks and passing technique.

All coaches that have an active role in coaching relays at club and school levels are encouraged to attend. It will be conducted by National junior men’s 4x 100m relay coach Daniel Kilgallon.
