A conversation series with Athletics Ireland

Athletics Ireland are delighted to announce a new online series:  ‘A conversation series with Athletics Ireland’ .  This series aims to engage with the Athletics Ireland community and help support those already involved (coaches & female athletes), while also encouraging anyone who might be interested in getting involved with their local club.

 

This 4 part series will cover topics specific to the female athlete and supporting coaches. Each participant will receive a full pdf of resources after attending each session. The following is an overview of each webinar :

 

  • Monday March 20th @ 8.00pm -Working with the menstrual cycle.

This online series is in collaboration with Orna Murray of Your Health Psychology. Orna who is a former international cross country athlete & national cross country champion,  has a  M.Sc in Health Psychology, BA in Applied Psychology, 500 YTT Yoga Teacher and Social Entrepreneur. She is also a member of the psychological society of Ireland and NLP practitioner.
