The traditional opening major event of the domestic season, the AAI Games, takes place on the newly installed Irishtown track in Ringsend this Sunday, May 22nd. Entries can be emailed to admin@atleticsireland.ie using the entry forms on this site. The event will be used as a guide to the selectors for the season's international selections including the European Cup 18/19 June, the Mannheim Junior international on the same weekend and specifically a small squad of 10 athletes will be selected immediately after the event to compete in Bratislava on the 7th June. All early season form up to and including the AAI Games will be considered for the Bratislava team.
