Athletics Ireland debuted the new ‘THERE'S NO ROOM FOR RACISM’ video on the big screen at last weekend’s SPAR European Cross Country Championships.
Athletics Ireland produced the animation to promote the message of inclusivity and equality within Athletics. Athletics Ireland have a diverse membership population and want to support the positive attitudes towards all who participate in the sport.
Racism has no place in sport and society as a whole and the animation places the values of integrity, inclusion, respect and excellence at the heart of what Athletics Ireland do.
The video, which was played on the big screen during this weekend's SPAR European Cross Country Championships was narrated by Olympian Nadia Power, and multi-eventer Nelvin Appiah.
