There will be two junior 1500m races being held at the Cork City Sports International Athletics Meet on Tuesday 7th July at Cork IT Track. There will be both junor mens and junior womens 1500m races and both will be earlier in the program and will allow all junior athletes to relax afterwards and enjoy the senior international races. This international night of athletics will also be streamed live online Website available.
Places Available
A number of places in both races have already been allocated to members of the National Junior XC panels, but the remaining places are now open to any junior athlete born 1999-1996. The junior women's race welcomes athletes of all standards sub 5.00 and the men's race can now only take athletes with a SB/PB of sub 4.15.
