Athletics Ireland and the Athlete development sector are delighted to announce a free online webinar on the Topic of developing County Squad programmes.
This webinar will provide an overview of the purpose and value of county squad programmes and how they can aid in athlete, coach and club development. Some of the key items which will be discussed will include :
- Why set up county squad programmes.
- Various structures
- Good practice methods
- Examples of successful structures.
All attendees will be provided with a county squads document which has been developed by the Athlete Development Manager and development team.
