Eoin Keith Wins 6 Day Ultra-Race

Eoin Keith notched up another notable victory when he won the Sri-Cninmoy 6 day race in New York recently. Eoin is well known for his ultra-running exploits across a range of events but this was his debut at the six day event.  Eoin defeated an international field to win comfortably covering a distance of 500 miles.  This is the 3rd best performance globally in 2014 and merits inclusion in the “All Time List” for 6 day events.

This is an Irish best performance for the event and an added bonus for Eoin was a new Irish record of 349.2k for the 48 hour event which he achieved en route.

Eoin will take time out to recover and will drop down in distance for the Irish 24 hour championship which takes place in Belfast on July 18th and 19th.
