2021 World University Games in Chengdu has been postponed

The 2021 World University Games Chengdu, China which was due to take place on 18th-29th August has been postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The decision was made by the FISU Executive Committee on March 5th. The Event is expected to be postponed until August 2022 with exact dates to be releases in the coming months.

FISU have confirmed that students eligible for the 2021 Games will automatically be eligible for the 2022 Games.
