Week 1: Wall Sit
- Start with your back against the wall
- Knees at 90 degrees
- Hold this position for as long as you can
- Challenge a club mate and tag us on social!
Week 2: Plank
- Engage the core
- Straight line from head to heel
- Focus on your breathing
- See how long you can hold it!
- Challenge a club mate and tag us on social!
Week 3: Wall Ball
- Throw and catch with one hand
- Try it with your non dominant hand
- Alternate between your right and left hand
- For a harder test, use a reaction ball
- Challenge a club mate and don't forget to tag us on social media!
Week 4: Press Ups
- Straight line from head to heel
- Chest to floor
- To make it easier, go off your knees
- See how many you can do in a row
- Challenge a club mate and don't forget to tag us on social!
Week 5: Vertical Jump
- Use blue tack to stick a blank page to the wall
- Mark your reach height from standing with a pencil
- Jump as high as you can and make a second mark with the pencil
- Explode up as high as you can
- Measure the distance between the two marks
- Challenge a club mate and don't forget to tag us on social!
Week 6: Balance
- Raise one knee to 90 degrees and hold
- Close your eyes to make it harder
- Try it out on your left & right leg
- Move to supermna pose for even more of a challenge
- Challenge a clubmate and don't forget to tag up on social!
