Week 1: Wall Sit

  1. Start with your back against the wall
  2. Knees at 90 degrees
  3. Hold this position for as long as you can
  4. Challenge a club mate and tag us on social!

Week 2: Plank

  1. Engage the core
  2. Straight line from head to heel
  3. Focus on your breathing
  4. See how long you can hold it!
  5. Challenge a club mate and tag us on social!

Week 3: Wall Ball

  1. Throw and catch with one hand
  2. Try it with your non dominant hand
  3. Alternate between your right and left hand
  4. For a harder test, use a reaction ball
  5. Challenge a club mate and don't forget to tag us on social media!

Week 4: Press Ups

  1. Straight line from head to heel
  2. Chest to floor
  3. To make it easier, go off your knees
  4. See how many you can do in a row
  5. Challenge a club mate and don't forget to tag us on social!

Week 5: Vertical Jump

  1. Use blue tack to stick a blank page to the wall
  2. Mark your reach height from standing with a pencil
  3. Jump as high as you can and make a second mark with the pencil
  4. Explode up as high as you can
  5. Measure the distance between the two marks
  6. Challenge a club mate and don't forget to tag us on social!

 

Week 6: Balance

  1. Raise one knee to 90 degrees and hold
  2. Close your eyes to make it harder
  3. Try it out on your left & right leg
  4. Move to supermna pose for even more of a challenge
  5. Challenge a clubmate and don't forget to tag up on social!
