Can you make the jump?

The HSE has told us all that social distancing is important to help slow the spread of coronavirus. It does this by minimising contact between potentially infected individuals and healthy individuals.

Make sure if you're staying active over the coming days and weeks that you keep a space of 2 metres (6.5 feet) between you and other people. For more information and advice please visit www.hse.ie

The Challenge

Mark out a 2 metre line (for social distancing), and try and clear it with a standing long jump (or running jump for kids).

Record it, share it, and tag a friend to take on the challenge using the hashtags

#ActiveAAI #KeepYourDistance
