To be held on 29th October 2007 Wexford Creamery announced today that it is to hold a 10K Halloween Milk Run to raise money for 2 well known charities. The event, in aid of the Wexford branches of AWARE and RNLI, will be held on 29th October 2007, with the starting point at Johnstown Castle, and promises to be a fun day for all the family. In addition to the 10K Monster Milk Run, there will also be a 5K walk with prizes for best Halloween costume as well as a prize for the child who raises the most sponsorship. Wexford Creamery Managing Director, Eamon Murphy says “We would like to invite Wexford people, young and old to participate and raise money for the Wexford branch of AWARE, which is an organisation that helps to prevent suicide and the Wexford branch of RNLI.” “The 10K Monster Milk Run concept originated from the fact that wherever you are in Wexford, you are no more than 10K away from a Wexford Creamery supplier so to that, we added the mechanic of raising vital funds for charities.” Entry forms and sponsorship cards can be obtained from Wexford Creamery, Rocklands, Wexford, 053 91 42088 or email info@wexford-creamery.com.
