Calling All Shot Putt Coaches & Athletes in the Louth Area.

There will be a Shot Putt Workshop for coaches and athletes age 14 and over taking place in Mountpleasant AC Clubhouse on the Old Newry Road on Monday 2nd November from 7.30 to 9.30pm. The cost of the workshop is €5 for coaches and is payable on the night with registration at 7.15pm at the clubhouse. One of Irelands top Shot Putters for many years, Ger Nagle will be taking this workshop. He will give a presentation, do demonstrations and coach, and will finish with giving some help with planning and a Q&A session.
