Athletics Ireland is seeking to appoint a Disability in Sport Lead to drive the development of inclusive athletics opportunities for people with disabilities across Ireland.

This newly created role will lead the development of sustainable participation and performance pathways, strengthen partnerships with key disability sport organisations, and support athletics clubs in creating welcoming and inclusive environments for athletes, coaches and volunteers. The successful candidate will work closely with organisations including Active Disability Ireland, Paralympics Ireland, disability National Governing Bodies and Local Sports Partnerships, while also supporting the continued integration and development of Para-Athletics within Athletics Ireland.

The role is suited to an experienced sports or community development professional with a strong understanding of disability inclusion, partnership development and programme delivery.

Salary: €36,277–€49,080 per annum
Contract: Two-year fixed-term contract
Location: Athletics Ireland Head Office, Santry, Dublin 9
