Regional Development Squads in Dublin/Leinster, Munster and Connacht this coming weekend.

The Regional Development Squads have proved both popular and successful in recent years and have provided young athletes with the opportunity to train with their peers in a group environment, benefit from the additional input of experienced squad coaches to complement the work of their club coach, and listen to a variety of guest speakers who are experts in fields such as nutrition, strength & conditioning, sports psychology, and so on.

This weekend sees the staging of Regional Development Squads for the Dublin/Leinster, Munster and Connacht Regional Development Squads. All athletes selected to Regional Development Squads for autumn 2009 are again invited to attend the squad days in spring 2010 along with their personal coaches. Athletes are requested to confirm attendance in advance by text or email to the relevant contact person.
