High jump double gold by Phelan and Hughes

At the British Universities indoor championships Dan Mulhare from North Laois AC was second in the 3,000m in a time of 8:05.06 a new indoor PB for him to better the 8:16.18 for third place in this race last year. His time is just half a second outside his outdoor best of 8:04.53 from Cork City sports in 2008.
