The 2025 Biofreeze Athletics Ireland Race Series will include the Biofreeze Irish Runner 5k, Biofreeze Irish Runner 5 Mile, and Biofreeze Irish Runner 10 Mile.  

These events will be chip timed. Each race includes a finishers medal. There will be an option to purchase a race t-shirt at the registration stage. 

Non-Athletics Ireland Members will require a One Day License to take part in these events. This can be added when registering.
