Connacht Sprint Relay Workshop

A Sprint Relay Workshop for coaches will take place on Saturday December 5th at Claremorris AC from 1pm – 3pm. This workshop will look closely at the basics of coaching Sprint Relays including - The warm up, squad drills, change zones, check marks and passing technique. Registration fee is €5.00 and coaches can register for this workshop through the following link - https://events.athleticsireland.ie/ps/event/listings?view=OTHER.
