Dave Sunderland, one of the leading UK endurance coaches is delivering a number of workshops on our current level 3 course this coming Sunday Any existing level 3 coach who is interested in attending the course in the AAI offices in Santry on Sunday the 21st of October should contact Gary Ryan on 0879830570 or coaching@athleticsireland.ie before Wednesday the 17th. Places are limited. Dave will cover such topics as training for the 3k to 10k, training at altitude and adjustments for climate and other environmental factors. The fee for the day is €10
