Regional coaching sessions in Munster John Sheehan, the regional coach for Munster has organised the following coaching events; Elite Javelin Session every Thursday UL, Limerick 6.00 - 7.30 pm (No charge) Mon 19th March, UL, Limerick: Full Development day except Discus and Hammer Sat 31th March, RTC Track, Waterford: Full Development day Tues/Wed 10th/11th April, RTC Track, Waterford: Throws with Garry Power Garry Power has conducted great throws sessions over the last few years and has made time to do two days while here from his work in England. ATHLETES MAY DO 2 EVENTS EACH DAY. Please Contact John Sheehan in the next few weeks with PBs if interested as numbers will be limited. Cost per day is 5 Euro each. There will be at least one full coaching session per month and some specialised smaller coaching sessions also.
