AAI are hosting a National Endurance Workshop this weekend Oct 21st. The TimeTable for the Seminar is below.. Note: Prior booking is not required and attendees pay 25 euros on the day.
Special Guests include former multi world record holder Ingrid Kristiansen. Ingrid now operates as an endurance consultant offering her services and experience to a wide range of sports. Next we have Sean Kyle who has produced many a World Class Athlete from his base in Ballymena. Sean has coached James McElroy and AAI High Performance Manager Elaine Fitzgerald in the past. Finally we have Lindsay Dunne from the North East of England. Lindsay is the BMC Coach of the year 2005. He is the former coach of Brendan Foster (Olympic bronze medalist) and Charlie Spedding (LA Olympic Marathon bronze medalist behind John Treacy). Currently he coaches Nick McCormack who is Britain’s top 1500m runner with a PB of 3.35 for 1500m.
