Transferring Club Notice
If you are in the process of transferring from one club to another, you are not eligible to compete as part of any club team, if a relay team is found to have an ineligible athlete, the team will be disqualified.
National Road Relay Guidelines
There are 4 separate team races and 6 different medal categories, athletes can only score in the category for which they declare.

- Athletes must be register in running order. i.e., Leg 1, Leg 2, Leg 3 or leg 4 if applicable.
- A senior athlete is deemed anyone who is 16 years of age or over on the 31st of December in the year of competition.
- A master 0/35 is those of age 35 and over from the date of competition.
- A master 0/50 is those of age 50 and over from the date of competition.
- As they are separate races, an athlete may declare to compete to race in the senior and master age categories, provided they meet the age categories for both races.
- Teams may be of mixed ages but will be declared to the age category to the youngest person in the team.
- There may be more than one team for each age group from a club.
