New Irish Record for Derval O' Rourke

Derval O'Rourke improved on her own Irish record in the 100 metres hurdles in the Lausanne Grand Prix meeting tonight finishing 4th in a time of 12.92 ( +0.7 ). Derval had equalled her record in the recent Bupa Cork City Sports with 12.96.The national championships in Santry on the 22/23 July will be an ideal opportunity for Derval for further improvement on her record.
