The Irish Life Health National Senior Indoor Championships 2019 takes place on Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th February at the National Indoor Arena, Abbotstown.

Please be aware that you have to be registered as a member of Athletics Ireland 24 hours before you register for a competition.
General Admission Tickets
General admission tickets can now be purchased HERE online.

Tickets are also available to purchase at the door on each day of the Senior Championships. 
Due to the increasing popularity of contactless payment via debit and credit cards compared to cash, Athletics Ireland have fully invested in credit card technology. All Athletics Ireland National competition events will now be cashless events. This means we will accept visa debit and contactless payment for general admission.
Timetable
The 2 day timetable of events can be accesed HERE. Events start from 12 noon on Saturday and from 11:30am on Sunday. NOTE: The Men’s 3000m Heats are cancelled on Saturday, it will be a straight final on Sunday.
