This year’s St. Coca’s AC 5km race will be held on Friday the 27th June.  The race will take place in Kilcock and is one of the North Kildare series of races held by the local athletic clubs over the months of May, June, July and August and attracts club runners and recreational runners from near and far.

There is a very attractive prize fund for senior men and women, along with masters’ categories from over 40 to over 60. There are also prizes for top two junior men and women. The route for the race is a local 'Sli Na Slainte' popular in the area for walkers and joggers. A fast and flat course will ensure good times.

After the race there will be the usual post race refreshments in the local Scoil Ui Riada close to St Coca’s running track. The winners from last year’s race were Mark Christie (Mullingar Harriers AC) and Orla Drumm (Crusaders AC).  Registration can be found online through precisiontiming.net or you can register on the day of the race.
