Our friends in Waterford Sports Partnership have released a Sportshall Athletics at Home program after a recent training day we had with local clubs and teachers. This is the introduction video for the Sportshall Athletics at Home programme that we will be starting on Monday 6th April.

The programme is asking people to sign up and they will be sent a daily video with instructions on how to complete one of the ten activities in their own home. This is a FREE programme with people able to book online via eventbrite HERE.
