This Development Day aims to give both athletes and anyone involved in athletics; parents, teachers or coaches, an opportunity to come along and participate in or observe a number of individual events being coached by specialist coaches. Workshops will be help in the following events Speed, Jumps, Middle Distance, Throws and Walks The day will be rounded up with a seminar on Nutrition for Young People The cost of participation in the Development Day is just €5, payable on the day, applications can be made through post, email or by contacting Ryan Montgomery, ryan@athleticsireland.ie, 087 2631441, In your application please specify, name, address, date of birth, club/organization, coach/athletes teacher etc and which event group you have an interest in.
