Coaching Resources
On this page you will find some useful articles and resources to assist you in your coaching. The aim of the coaching department is to give Irish coaches a greater access to the best material available. This page will be regularly updated and will also be the site for our new quarterly coaching bulletin “Irish Athletics Coach”.
Material is grouped according to the coach education system so for example if you are an athletics leader you will find material suitable for 5-10 year olds in the Athletics leader section and so on.
