Over 40 countries were represented at the World IAU 24HR Running Championship which took place in Belfast last weekend July 1st/2nd 2017. The women’s team finished 8th and the men’s team finished 9th overall. Eoin Keith took home an individual bronze medal in the World Masters Association O45 race.

Our 24HR National Championship took place within the event.  Amy Masner (Parrnell AC) took the women’s title and Eoin Keith (Sportsworld) took the men’s title.  Both athletes were less than 1km off beating the national record. The top 3 female all recorded a personal best.
