The Juvenile Committee are pleased to announce that they have selected a development team of 35 athletes for the U17 Scottish Championships to be held over the weekend of the 16th to 18th of August in Grangemouth Scotland.
This team will gain valuable experience in an international environment. Previous athletes who have had this experience went on to compete in the U18 European Championships in Slovakia this summer. For a lot of these young competitors this will be the first time that they have had a chance to represent their Country and earn their first Irish vest whilst some of them have already competed in the SIAB’s earlier on this year. We wish them all the very best of luck.
This team will be led by the Chair of the Juvenile committee Amanda Hynes with a dedicated team of management to assist her and the athletes.
